Lettings / Property Manager

An exceptional opportunity has become available for a lettings and property manager to work for a progressive company based in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties based in Salford. This role will suit somebody who is currently working within residential property, who has a knowledge of 360-degree lettings and property management process. The successful candidate will play an important role within the company, working alongside company director and the internal lettings team, to ensure the smooth running of the Salford property portfolio, currently at 180 mixed units of houses, studios and HMO’s.   Daily tasks will include:

• Responsible for marketing and letting out vacant properties.
• Attending viewings and property inspections
• Arranging maintenance
• Liasingwith contractors and assessing work.
• Keeping tenancy schedules up to date and lease administration.
• Ensuring all properties are fully compliant and licences are up to date.
• Managing tenant problems and issues
• Working in between the onsite Salford office and the main Openshaw office (2/3 days in each)
• Working with Director on other projects, new acquisitions into portfolio
• Assisting in the organisation of refurbishments/maintenance within portfolio

  Our client is offering a salary of £24000 - £28000 together with a generous holiday allowance and early Friday finishes throughout the winter months.
