Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Chester city centre is currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team! The position will be based within a busy office, working with a team of experienced sales professionals and this fast-paced role will involve the entire sales process from arranging viewings and valuations to taking offers and negotiating the best possible price for your client. Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a professional and driven salesperson who is looking for the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Must be able to work weekends

The role also offers an excellent workplace culture with amazing incentives, rewards and career progression. Basic salary is £23,000 - £25,000 dependent upon experience plus commission. Previous estate agency experience is preferable but not essential. You will be required to work 2 Saturdays per month and will receive a day off in lieu during the week. A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is required. The company will also consider PART TIME hours so long as you have weekend availability.
