Operations Manager

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Chester city centre is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the company! Due to continued success and ambitious future growth plans, our client is looking for someone dynamic and enthusiastic to take on the responsibility of supporting the manager with developing and growing the business. The role of the Operations Manager will be to oversee the running of the branch and ensure efficient and effective functioning. Main responsibilities will include:

• Business development to include conducting valuations
• Managing and motivating the team, keeping track of all KPI’s
• Provide a regular training programme for all team members
• Holding constructive morning meetings and regular one to one’s
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Report weekly and monthly figures to the MD
• To improve & develop the companies operational management systems, processes and best practices

On a longer term basis you will provided to recruit and train new team member, assisting the Director with growing and expanding the business by way of opening new offices. The ideal candidate will have previous estate agency experiences in a senior management role. With excellent leadership and customer service skills, they must have experience of winning new business as well as budgeting, forecasting and reporting figures to Directors. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with a business who are dedicated to becoming market leaders within the Chester market. Basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 plus commission with car allowance and OTE in the region of £55,000 - £60,000 A full UK driving license is required for this role.
