Lettings Negotiator/Valuer

Our client is a highly successful independent lettings and estate agent who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. After a period of expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join their team in Chester. You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for all aspects of lettings negotiation, arranging viewings, agreeing lets and seeing the transaction through to move in. They are looking for a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills who is also able to do some business development carrying out valuations. Our client requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a target driven environment and is passionate about property! Duties and responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Arranging and conducting valuations
• Arranging and attending viewings
• Negotiating lets
• Completing reference checks
• Sending out application paperwork
• Assisting with tenant move-ins
• Annual rent reviews
• Tenancy agreement renewals
• Generating new business
• Working closely with the property management team

Previous lettings experience is essential, and the ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of the Chester City centre market. Our client is offering a generous basic salary of £25-28k, plus uncapped commission. Other benefits include:
