MRICS Lease Advisory Surveyor

I am keen to speak to MRICS Lease Advisory (Associate Director/Director/Head of Department) Surveyors in the North West about an exceptionally rare opportunity that has become available working for a highly reputable property consultancy.

My client has strong growth plans for 2021 and beyond, and in particular is looking to bring in a new Lease Advisory department within the North West team. They are looking for a surveyor who has a strong successful track record in Lease Advisory, somebody who will be able to bring with them not only their valued experience and knowledge, but also a revenue stream through their connections that they will then be able to continue to grow and help shape the future of the department.

This position will not suit every surveyor within the market but will be an ideal opportunity for a successful individual who maybe feels frustrated and stifled in a larger more corporate environment, but who does not necessarily want to “go it alone”. Working closely with the directors in structuring the future business you will grow the client base and the department team to achieve the levels of success you set.

This role will allow you to take ownership of what happens within your own career, the progress of the department, and bringing forward a new Lease Advisory offering to the North West market.

Package is negotiable depending on experience and following.
