Business Development Property Agent

Our client is a highly successful property organisation with a strong market presence within the local area. Due to continued expansion within their brand, they are now looking for a sales and business development specialist to work alongside their local teams to develop new business within their fast growing estate agency. Mainly based within west Lancashire, the role will require some travel within the local area. We are therefore looking for a highly professional property sales-person who has their own car and is happy to work throughout the region. The main focus of the role is to contact potential clients who have received a valuation and subsequently gone with competitor. You will try to revisit lost business and re-ignite the clients interest in appointing the agent to sell their home. The role will eventually progress into a valuations position and you will be trained on how to carry out market appraisals to grow the property portfolio.
