Sales Negotiator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent Estate Agent in Worsley. This agent is looking for a performance driven professional who is used to and is proactive in generating new business. Our client is currently put a large focus on increasing their presence in both the residential and commercial market, and they are looking for an experienced sales negotiator to be heavily involved in this process. The role will involve contacting prospective vendors, arranging viewings and market appraisals, and dealing with property sales from offer stage right through to completion. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and attributes:

• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Experience within a target driven sales role
• Professional telephone manner

• Well-presented and career focused
• Full driving license is required
• NAEA or equivalent would be advantageous
