MRICS/AssocRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor

Are you an MRICS or AssocRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor who perhaps is feeling undervalued in your current firm? Is your geographical location too big? Perhaps you do not like being just another cog on a very large wheel.

Due to a successful track record and a strong portfolio of clients within the Preston, Lancaster and South Lakes area, my client is looking to recruit an MRICS or AssocRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor to join the team, so this could be the change of scenery you’ve been thinking about.

Forming part of the reputable team you will be required to undertake mortgage valuations, home buyer inspections and condition reports on a wide variety of residential property within the Preston, Lancaster, and South Lakes area. Having a methodical and professional approach you will assist clients with an emphasis on quality, whilst building rapport and maintaining professionalism at every appointment.

You will be able to enjoy the autonomy this role can offer, as you have the option to either be home based of office based, and you will find it easy within this firm to run your own day successfully ensuring all appointments are attended and reports completed to set timescales.

To be considered for this position you will need to be an MRICS or AssocRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor and be a registered valuer. With recent experience in a similar position you will be passionate about the residential sector and will hold a valid UK driving licence.

Salary up to £45,000k plus car, bonuses etc.
