Director/Partner of Building Surveying

Our client is an extremely successful and prestigious, independent commercial property consultancy. With a reputation for excellence and a long-established, loyal client base, they are continuing to grow from strength to strength. With an office in both the north and London, they have a strong UK wide presence and a continually growing portfolio of clients. Due to this growth they are now looking for a Director/Partner of building Surveying, to continue to grow the building consultancy division in the south. The role will be based within the Mayfair office, and covering the entire south of the UK. They are a commercial consultancy, mainly specialising within the retail sector. They have a strong network of clients, many of who have been working with them for many years. The role of Director or Partner of Building surveying, is an incredible opportunity for a Director level-chartered building surveyor to create and grow their own building consultancy team to cover the south region. The role comes with a huge degree of autonomy to operate your own business within the company and to develop your own team as the London based business grows. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who may have a client base who may be keen to follow them into the business. Our client is offering a generous salary and package, basic salary £70,000 - £90,000, (the upper end being offered to those who can bring business with them), together with a prestige car and bonus package which could see you earn in the region of £150,000 or more. In addition to this package, you can expect to enjoy many other rewards including annual ski trips and holidays abroad.
