Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Manager– Maternity Contract

Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent in Southport with a reputation for high standards and fantastic customer service. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team on a Maternity contract. This is a fast-paced estate agency sales role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow your property sales portfolio. In this senior role you will assist the branch manager with the day to day running of the office, managing and motivating the sales team to ensure outstanding customer service is provided at all times. Main responsibilities:

• Generating new business opportunities
• Arranging property viewings
• Arranging valuations
• Dealing with enquiries
• Negotiating offers
• Working to daily targets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Cross selling financial and legal services

We are looking for a dynamic, career driven salesperson who is extremely motivated, professional and has a proactive approach to work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to lead and push a sales team whilst also exceeding your own personal targets. This role offers an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and career progression. Basic salary of £17K - £20K plus commission OTE £25K-£30K You must be able to work weekends. A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is required.
