Key Responsibilities: · Take ownership of the organic social media strategy (channels include Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for example) · Build a strong content strategy with the wider marketing team · Take the lead in building community led initiatives · Track and analyse the performance of social and community against growth objectives to implement changes · Manage a lovely team of 2 social media executives - looking for strong leadership qualities. Key Requirements: · Experience within the hair industry is advantageous but open to Beauty/Retail · Strong organic social media experience · Previous line management (will be managing 2 in this team) · Experience on channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (YouTube is advantageous) · Ability to work and develop a strong community within the industry *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
