Ideal Experience & Passion – Deputy Manager

• Previous management experience within hospitality, leisure, bars, or restaurants or cinemas
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong people management and team development skills
• Comfortable leading busy services and high-volume operations
• Commercially aware with understanding of labour, stock, and service standards
• Hands-on leadership style with great communication skills
