Events & Sales Manager – Up to £40,000 – Hospitality Venue – Central London – Events & Sales Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Events & Sales Manager to join a growing hospitality business in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable events, and driving revenue through exceptional customer service and proactive business development. You’ll play a key role in increasing bookings, managing private events, and developing new corporate and group business while working closely with the operations and marketing teams. Ideal Experience & Passion – Events & Sales Manager
  • Previous experience in hospitality sales, events, venue management or a similar commercial role
  • Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Confident building relationships with corporate clients, local businesses and event organisers
  • Experience managing booking systems including OpenTable and other reservation platforms
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Google Workspace (GSuite)
  • Comfortable managing event and sales inboxes while maintaining accurate booking records
  • Experience coordinating private events, corporate functions and group bookings from enquiry through to delivery
  • Proactive approach to generating new business opportunities and developing creative event concepts
  • Experience managing online reputation, including responding to Google Reviews and overseeing platforms such as Tagvenue
  • Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required to support events
