Technical Compliance Coordinator

Technical Compliance Coordinator wanted to join a forward-thinking, high-performing technical team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage supplier documentation and data to support food safety, ethical sourcing, and environmental performance across a diverse and impressive supply base.

Contributing directly to responsible sourcing and sustainability efforts, playing a key role in upholding high standards across a dynamic, collaborative supply chain.

• Manage and review supplier due diligence documents
• Handle supplier approvals via internal and customer compliance platforms
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor supplier compliance
• Coordinate traceability and product recall exercises
• Oversee chemical testing schedules for incoming deliveries
• Maintain and update approved supplier databases
• Track and analyse key sustainability data, including carbon, water, waste, and certifications

Technical Compliance Coordinator Key Requirements

• Experience in Fresh Produce or short shelf-life Food categories (essential); Fruit experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of supplier compliance across different countries
• Experience working with suppliers and technical documentation
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and retail customers
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications + familiar with using online platforms to manage data and records

Location: South East | Kent | Maidstone

Salary: £35,000-£38,000 per annum +benefits
