Deputy Manager (Clinical)

Deputy Manager (Clinical) required to support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operation of the care home and lead the care team in delivering high standards of person-centred care. The role includes providing specialist nursing support, overseeing resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, supervising and coaching colleagues, maintaining compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements, and developing positive relationships with residents, families and other stakeholders. Candidates must be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN, up-to-date clinical knowledge and strong leadership skills. Experience with person-centred care planning, ideally within a care home environment, is required. Candidates should be compassionate, resilient and committed to delivering high-quality care. Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
