Production Operative

IVOXX are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of a growing local business known for its quality products and great people. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering full training, consistent hours, and the chance to build long-term experience within a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Packing products accurately and efficiently ready for dispatch
• Checking product quality to meet company standards
• Cleaning and maintaining production lines and work areas
• Assisting with basic machine operation
• Supporting other departments to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production experience (especially in food) is helpful - but not essential (full training provided)
• Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
• Own transport is essential due to location
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Shifts & Pay:

• £12.90 per hour, paid weekly (same rate across all shifts)
• Rotating weekly shifts (Monday - Friday):
  • 06:00 - 14:15
  • 14:00 - 22:15
• Full-time | 40 hours per week
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
