Logistics Administrator

IVOXX is recruiting for a Logistics Administrator on behalf of a fast-paced and growing transport and distribution business based in Southampton. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to join a busy operations team within a company focused on growth, continuous improvement, and delivering excellent service.

This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident working within a busy warehouse and logistics office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Booking incoming goods and returns into the warehouse management system
• Relocating stock within the warehouse management system (Locate IT)
• Working in the warehouse at times to find and label stock
• Creating picking instructions for outbound collections
• Liaising with warehouse staff and supervisors regarding work instructions
• Maintaining accurate bond and shipment records on internal systems
• Organising collections with suppliers and courier companies
• Assisting with site visits and inspections of stored goods
• Supporting compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
• Previous administration experience within logistics, warehouse, or transport environments is beneficial
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Comfortable using email systems and warehouse/logistics software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Eligible to live and work in the UK

Hours & Salary:

• Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
• Permanent, full-time position
• Starting salary of £27,500 per annum
• Salary increasing to £28,000 following successful completion of probation
