Production Operative

IVOXX are recruiting for Production Operative Packers to join a busy food manufacturing team in Winchester. This is a full-time role offering full training and the opportunity to build experience within a modern production environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Packing food products on a busy production line
• Checking products for quality and correct quantities
• Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Keeping production areas clean and tidy
• Supporting other production duties when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous food, packing, production, manufacturing, catering, or hospitality experience is beneficial
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Comfortable working on your feet
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 18:15
• £12.71 per hour
• Full-time
• Temporary ongoing with the possibility of going permanent
• Full training provided
