We're are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems and products.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to

Lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems and products
Take ownership of major projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions
Oversee and contribute to prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., EMC, safety, RoHS)
Participate in and lead design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis
Work with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, manufacturing, QA) to ensure seamless product integration
Support continuous improvement in engineering standards, processes, and documentation.
