Pay: £35,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager for a children’s residential home in DE11, with excellent progression opportunities available.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking to step up into their first RM position.

Requirements:

• Experience within children’s residential care
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Confident managing behaviours and safeguarding

Role Overview:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensure high standards of care and compliance
• Lead, support, and develop the staff team
• Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections
• Contribute to the growth and development of the service
