Business Development Consultant

A highly reputable Property firm in the North West is looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant to join their thriving team in Cheshire. This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual with previous Property Business Development experience, ideally phone based, looking for the next step in their career, with an opportunity to become an integral part of the company.

Working closely with the directors and surveyors you will help create a strategy that builds on existing relationships and develops new partnerships. You will use your existing sales expertise and property knowledge to help develop the firms propositions and differentiators.

You will help support the business with proposals and pitches, setting up meetings to secure additional growth opportunities, and will capture, report, and track progress. With a focus on delivering exceptional results you will also focus on strengthening existing relationships and the growth of repeat business.

With a proven track record of driving new business and with a strong sale focus you will use your superior skills in negotiation and rapport building to help secure new opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of possibilities.

Basic Salary is c£30,000 plus package and bonus, depending on experience.
