Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer

Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Liverpool city centre who is currently seeking a highly professional and Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join their team.

Due to continued success and ambitious future growth plans, our client is looking for a dynamic, and enthusiastic candidate who has experience within the lettings sector and is now looking for the next step within their career.

Although you won’t have full responsibility for the property management team, we are looking for a candidate who understands the property management process, with a knowledge of landlord compliance and legal processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing their managed portfolio by spending time seeking out new potential landlords though attending networking events and looking at other creative channels to secure new business.

You will be a professional and driven salesperson who is passionate about winning new business and has experience within a target driven role. This role provides an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and career progression.

Basic salary £18k – £21k plus commission OTE £25k. You will be required to work some Saturdays.
