Real Estate Investment Trust Director

Our client is a highly successful Investment Consultancy with a prestigious global client base. Due to continued expansion within the company, they now have an opportunity for a Real Estate Investment Trust Director/Manager, to develop and manage a new and exciting venture within the business. Coming from a financial services or real estate background, we are looking for an extremely high calibre sales professional, who has wealth of knowledge and experience within the investment sales industry. You must be FCA regulated with a knowledge of REIT and the ability to manage a develop a portfolio of both UK based and international investors. The role is based in Cheshire. As Director/Manager of REIT, you will have full autonomy to recruit and manage an internal team, working alongside other successful divisions within the organisation who can support you with an active client base and an international marketing department. You should also be an accomplished people manager who has experience in managing a team of professionals, with the ability to lead and train your team to achieve the best possible results. Our client is offering an extremely attractive package, with a basic salary DOE £40 - £50k, plus a genuine OTE of £100k plus. The role is based in Cheshire but may require some UK wide travel, developing and entertaining clients.
