Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy with an enviable reputation for high quality service delivery. Due to internal business growth they have an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to oversee their successful BS department based in central Manchester.

The role will be heavily geared towards Expert Witness work and ideally you will come from a similar background. Although the department is already extremely busy, there is huge potential for further development so this position would suit a highly motivated building surveyor who is looking for a long-term and progressive career move.

You will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing the recruitment and advancement of the department. This role offers a long-term career path within a prestigious business which rewards and values the achievements of their staff.

The role will involve daily travel, most if which will be located within the north west.

Our client is offering a competitive package of £45000k - £55000k depending upon experience, together with additional benefits and rewards.
