Senior Architectural Technician

A vacancy has arisen for an ambitious Senior Architectural Technician on the Wirral. The Senior Architectural Technician will take full responsibility for their own workload and work closely with colleagues to produce high quality output. There’s an exciting pipeline of projects and the successful candidate will work with autonomy whilst being supported by the wider team. Duties will include:

• Carrying out surveys
• Preparation of drawings, schedules and specifications
• Ensure and designs and details comply with and are capable of implantation within Health & Safety regulations
• Answering queries from clients, contractors, suppliers etc
• Submitting projects for planning
• Attending site visits
• Collating information and preparing preliminary scheme costs
• Maintaining a diary log to reference future job costing
• Working closely with the Senior Architect to ensure successful delivery

A proven track record as a Senior Architectural Technician is required. Experience of working on medium to large scale projects and a professional manner also form the key criteria for this client facing role.  The practice is Revit proficient and they work to BIM standards.
