Assistant Lettings Manager

  We are proud to be partnering with a prestigious property company, seeking a high calibre Assistant Lettings Manager, to work within their highly successful Lettings team based on the Wirral.   This is an extremely rewarding opportunity, primarily to be responsible for increasing their lettings stock by building amazing relationships with existing and previous landlords.  

• You will naturally be able to generate Lettings Appointments to value new properties and bring them to market.
• Secondly you will be supporting the Lettings Manager to ensure our customer service standards are at the highest level, in the three departments: Tenancy Progression, Property Management and Finance.
• There will be specific focus on ensuring new tenancies are processed efficiently, minimising the time from tenants offer to move in and that landlord and tenants make the most of the protection opportunities that are available.
• Assisting in delivering monthly targets, ensuring full legal compliance and supporting both the manager and the team where required.
• You should have a detailed knowledge of the departments targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Help to support the various teams in order to deliver their relevant KPI’s.
• Drive additional revenue including Rent Guarantee, Inventories, and Insurances.
• To actively review the availability stock to ensure properties are kept moving, are priced right and in acceptable condition.
• Responsible for driving and developing Lettings including building relationships with current and previous landlords.

Responsible for the management and performance of the branch when the Lettings Manager isn’t present.

• Attend Lettings Valuation Appointment and successfully market the property ensuring the relevant information is in place.
• Induction, training and coaching of new and existing team members.
