Architectural BIM Coordinator

An award-winning Manchester based architectural studio would like to attract a talented BIM Coordinator to join their team. You will work alongside a very well-established BIM Manager who has developed one of the most advanced & technical sound BIM departments in the industry.  This is an amazing opportunity for the right BIM Coordinator to progress their career in a supportive and professional team environment. The role is varied and supports the wider business making it a key hire for the practice. Duties will include:

• Management and monitoring of all aspects of large-scale complex BIM projects
• Conducting model auditing and clash detections simulations
• Working directly with the BIM manager for all model coordination and BIM standards
• Liaising with relevant consultants to verify data coordination
• Task team information management
• Model Coordination with all contractors and sub-consultants
• Technical support for the wider team

  It is essential that you have a sound level of Revit proficiency and experience of using BIM software. A high level of technical competence and recent experience of delivering projects across all work stages using Revit as a BIM Coordinator will ensure you can integrate into the role quickly.
