Construction Administraton Manager

Our client is a highly successful independent property company with an excellent reputation across the north west. Due to growth within their commercial team, they now have an opportunity for a Construction administration manager to over-see the property administration team based in Liverpool.
Working closely alongside the Director of Construction, the main purpose of your role will be to manage the commercial maintenance teams, ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations, with a strong focus on accounts and invoicing administration.
You must be experienced within accounts administration, including processing and issuing invoices, managing payments, chasing unpaid debts and working alongside contractors to ensure that they are fully informed with accurate job requirements, keeping track of completed works, obtaining new contractor quotes and developing relationships with new and existing contractors.
Ideally you will already come from the construction/facilities or maintenance industry and have an understanding of managing accounts.
You will be responsible for a small team of administrators and as the business grows there will be room to develop within your role.
We are looking for a highly organised, confident candidate who is able to handle difficult situations with professionalism, a tenacious, customer focussed candidate with the ability to work under pressure.
The role is based in central Liverpool, within a dynamic office of property professionals. Our client is offering a generous salary of £22-£25k DOE plus rewards and additional benefits.
