Asset Management Surveyor

My Manchester based client is looking for an Asset Management Surveyor (ideally MRICS) to join the highly professional and acknowledged Asset Management team.

In this role you will provide asset management advice and services for clients across all sectors within the North West, maximising the performance of the client’s property portfolios. You will be responsible for enhancing the investment value of properties via a hands-on active asset management approach, maximising income, and monitoring and driving performance. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional and proactive asset management advice to private equity groups and investors, banks and institutions.

To be successful in this Asset Management Surveyor position you will need to have the following experience,

• Ideally MRICS, or near completion of the APC
• Recent experience in an Asset Management/Property Management position
• A real passion for Commercial Property and for delivering a “first class” service to clients, always looking to go over and above
• Solid knowledge of the North West commercial property market
• UK Driving licence
