Asset/Property Management Surveyor (Client-Side)

A rare opportunity has become available working for a prestigious and accomplished organisation in Merseyside for a General Practice Surveyor, who is ideally MRICS or working towards the APC, to join the property department of this impressive firm.

Advising on all property and land elements within the business you will increase rental income and other income streams whilst professionally handling a wide range of property matters. You will undertake and conclude commercial negotiations and regears, ensuring customers are charged correctly for services such as rent, insurance, service charge, and support finance in recovery of non-payment. You will be responsible for undertaking the full spectrum of commercial property management including lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, and appraisals.

Your superior communications skills will make developing senior relationships at key decision making level with customers a success, and you will deliver a first-class experience for customers within your responsibilities, such as undertaking scheduled inspections and maintaining regular documented reviews.

Within your role you will be able to expand your business development experience by identifying, targeting and securing new tenants/customers that will then meet and exceed budget and business plan commercial objectives.

My client is looking for a General Practice Surveyor with experience in Property or Asset Management, MRICS qualified or working towards the APC, with experience of the property leasing process.

In return, my client can offer a basic salary of c£35k + bonus + benefits.
