Telesales Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly professional Telesales Manager to work with a successful property sales organisation based in Chester. Our client is a fast-growing property sales business who have recently grown from strength to strength. Due to internal growth they are now looking for a high calibre telesales manager to manage and develop the telesales team to achieve their full potential on a daily basis. Reporting into the sales director, you will already be a successful telesales manager, who has experience in managing an outbound sales team. We are looking for a highly professional and credible candidate who has consultative sales experience, someone who can present themselves in an intelligent and credible manner to potential clients and investors. We are looking for an engaging and highly motivated people manager who can create a positive working environment, keep the team sprits up and encourage staff to perform to the best of their ability. You should be a hands-on manager, who leads by example, a strong coach who can provide regular performance feedback. You must be able to work with your team members as individuals, assessing what drives them to perform and managing them in the best way to achieve results. Our client is offering a generous package consisting of £24-£28k basic plus genuine OTE £50k. Someone who has worked within the property or finance industry would be ideal and an interest in the property investment sector is essential.
