The position is based in a busy office, working within a team of lively property professionals. As a sales negotiator within this successful team, you will be responsible for the entire property sales process, negotiating the best price for your client and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service.

As a Sales negotiator in Chorley, you will be a highly driven sales professional who is used to working to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will deal with the full offer stage, negotiating price and dealing with all relevant parties through to see the sale through to completion.

We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:
· Estate agency experience
· Exceptional sales and customer service skills
· Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven sales role
· Confident, professional and well presented
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
