Building Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Manager to work on site at prestigious residential development, located in central Leeds. Working alongside a small on-site team, as Building Manager you will be responsible for the day to property management and health and safety within the building. This will include managing the maintenance team, carrying out safety checks, managing the contractor procurement process and providing an excellent daily service to residents. We are looking for a highly professional, customer service focused building manager possessing a strong technical knowledge. You will be involved in a large-scale buildings project and therefore you must be able to relay technical information to contractors, whilst keeping tenants informed.
