Acquisition Surveyor

A leading firm within a niche sector in property is looking for an Acquisition Surveyor to join their very successful team in Cheshire.

As the company’s Acquisition Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sites and upgrade projects. This in turn will involve tasks such as attending site surveys, receiving lease documents, negotiation between the owners of the site and client, and assisting the planning department with various applications and notifications.

As the successful Acquisition Surveyor, you will take ownership of sites from commencement to completion and create and continue to grow a strong pipeline of new opportunities.

Previous experience as an Acquisition Surveyor is essential for this role, with a proven track record of delivering results. As a strong negotiator you will thrive in fast paced, often challenging environments, and your excellent sales and communication skills will ensure success.
