My client has strong growth plans for 2020 and beyond, and in particular is looking to bring in new departments within the Manchester office. They are flexible with regards to service, and will be happy to initially consider various options/sectors within General Practice such as Valuation, Agency, Asset Management etc. They are looking for a surveyor who has a strong successful track record in their chosen area, somebody who will be able to bring with them not only their valued experience and knowledge, but also a revenue stream through their connections that they will then be able to continue to grow and help shape the future of the department.

This position will not suit every surveyor within the market but will be an ideal opportunity for a successful individual who maybe feels frustrated and stifled in a larger more corporate environment, but who doesn’t necessarily want to “go it alone”. Working closely with the partners in structuring the future business you will grow the client base and the department team to achieve the levels of success you set.

This role will allow you to take ownership of what happens within your own career, the progress of the department, and bringing forward a new name to the North West market.

Salary and package are negotiable depending on experience and following.
