Due to a strong pipeline of business an opportunity has developed a skilled Architect with a background of working on medium to large schemes. The job: The practice is known for offering a comprehensive project management and the role will involve a clear focus on providing design solutions. An excellent level of technical ability will ensure you’re able to meet those challenges. It’s important that you can work well with the rest of the team as the scale of the project will mean working very closely with your colleagues. You’ll also use your knowledge and expertise to benefit less experienced members of the team. As you’ll be dealing with a very high- profile client, the ability to maintain existing relationships will ensure the practice maintains their excellent reputation for providing exceptional customer service. Your skills: You’ll need a background in working on medium to large scale jobs and a working knowledge of Revit. The ability to solve technical challenges whilst considering the impact on the design is also essential. The role requires excellent communication skills as you’ll be working closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure successful delivery.
