IRPM qualified Property Manager

Our client is a highly regarded property management company, with a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the north west. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced residential block manager to join their expanding block management team in Manchester. Working within a team of experienced professionals, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional property and estates manager, who can provide an exceptional level of customer service whilst managing a demanding and diverse residential portfolio.   Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a large residential portfolio of apartments
• Arranging maintenance and liaising with contractors
• Setting annual budgets and services charges
• Hosting AGM meetings
• Negotiating costs with external contractors
• Meeting contractors on site and assessing work

.         Managing health and safety records, actioning any necessary works

• Producing reports and correspondence
• Travelling between sites and acting as a key contact for all client queries

  We are seeking a highly organised and confident residential property manager in Manchester, who is used to working within a KPI-driven environment. Our client is offering a long-term property career with opportunities for development, a motivating and dynamic work environment, and the chance to join a high profile team of residential professionals.   You should possess block-management experience and an IRPM qualification.
