Commercial Property Asset Management Surveyor

With an enviable reputation in both the regional and national property market, our client is a dynamic and professional firm who employ some of the most reputable and experienced surveyors in the sector. Due to the continued success of the property asset management team a rare opportunity has become available for an MRICS Property Management Surveyor (ideally Senior Surveyor to Associate level) to join the Manchester office.

With proven experience of managing assets/portfolios for investors, property companies, and institutions, as the successful Property Asset Management Surveyor you will have experience of managing most aspects of commercial property and have a real passion for Property/Asset Management.

You will be responsible for all management functions including rent collections, landlord & tenant matters, and identifying asset management opportunities. As a confident individual who finds it easy to build rapport you will successfully build trust with your clients to ensure continued growth of your portfolio and continued loyalty from existing clients.

Working closely with the wider team you will regularly liaise with facilities and building consultants regarding service charges, repairs, and maintenance within your portfolio ensuring a continued “first class” service to all clients.

As the successful Commercial Property Asset Management Surveyor you will
-Be MRICS/AssocRICS qualified
-Have current experience in Commercial Property Management
-Have high attention to detail and good report writing skills, coupled with strong negotiation skills
In return, my client can offer a salary of c£40,000 DOE
