Trainee IRPM Property Manager

Our client is a well-established property management organisation, who have grown from strength to strength over recent years. With an ever-growing portfolio of properties, they now have an opportunity for a trainee residential block manager, to work within their highly successful Manchester city centre office. Working within a professional team of IRPM qualified property managers, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will primarily be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, blocks within the Manchester city centre and surrounding areas. Our client will train you through the IRPM qualification, enabling you to become a qualified block property manager. Your daily duties will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of apartments
• Meeting with contractors on site
• Assisting with setting service charge budgets
• AGM meetings
• Health and safety
• Producing detailed reports
• Assessing contractor work
• Negotiating and revising costs
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Managing relationships with clients
• Carrying out health and safety inspections

  We are looking for a highly organised candidate, a confident residential property manager who can service an extremely busy portfolio whilst ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is provided. You must have experience within residential property management to be considered for this role, you must also possess strong client relationship management skills.
