On Site Property Sales Consultant

Our client is an award winning, prestigious agent who are market leaders within the Manchester property market. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and employ some of the highest calibre staff within the industry. Due to continued expansion within the Manchester region, they are now seeking a professional and enthusiastic property sales consultant, to work on site at a high specification new build development in Salford. Working alongside their highly successful Manchester sales team, as a new build property sales consultant you will be responsible for selling new build properties, managing the sales process from start to finish. Duties will include marketing properties online, telephoning potential buyers to arrange viewings, hosting site viewings, attending networking events, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion. You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors, both face to face and over the telephone. There will also be some shared ownership units within the development, if you have experience within this field, we are particularly interested in talking to you! This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation, who offer exceptional training, a competitive salary and commission package along with a clear path to career progression. We are therefore only looking for exceptional candidates, ideally with experience selling new build properties (or estate agency experience) and a complete knowledge of the entire sales process.
