Agency Surveyor

Are you an Agency Surveyor with experience in the North West looking for an opportunity to become an integral part of a growing team?

A dynamic property firm is looking for an Agency Surveyor to join their existing team in Merseyside. You will be responsible for the disposal and acquisition of properties including retail, office, and industrial space for a varied client base across the region. You will carry out property inspections, arrange viewings, and negotiate heads of terms, whilst keeping a continuing focus on maximising revenue and minimising liabilities.

As a confident networker you will use your existing knowledge of the North West market and your successful relationships to drive the business forward and expand the existing agency service on offer. This role will be the ideal position for someone who thrives bringing on new clients and who loves the prospect of introducing new business to the agency team.
