Property Block Manager

A dynamic, innovative and fast-growing block management company based in Surrey is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its expanding team.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of residential blocks across South West London. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, arranging property inspections, handling insurance claims, coordinating Section 20 major works, advising on fire safety and statutory compliance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of your portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who has previous block management experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and good numerical ability. You’ll be confident building relationships with clients, contractors and leaseholders, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of service.
