Dove and Hawk are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to join this leading independent Estate Agency based in Romford, who are looking for an eager Estate Agent to join their team and help them with all their future properties.

Duties: Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and leads
• Negotiating offers between vendors and buyers
• Maintaining regular communication with clients
• Updating property listings and CRM systems
• Supporting the sales and lettings team with administrative tasks
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
