We're hiring a Senior Communications Manager to lead bold, high-impact storytelling across the UK, Nordics and Middle East. This is no ordinary comms role-you'll sit at the centre of fast-paced, cross-functional campaigns spanning earned, paid and influencer channels, working closely with marketing, partnerships, policy and legal teams. What you'll be doing Leading standout UK consumer campaigns that drive buzz and media cut-through Owning press office strategy in the Nordics and building regional momentum Establishing a corporate comms presence in the Middle East Creating compelling narratives for partnerships, data stories and cultural moments Managing agencies, budgets and reporting with precision Collaborating across teams to deliver joined-up, high-impact comms Key competencies (what success looks like) A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment Comfortable operating at speed and pace, juggling multiple priorities Exceptionally strong in media relations, with established press contacts Highly capable in crisis communications and protecting brand reputation Sharp storytelling instincts with an eye on cultural trends What you'll bring 8-10+ years' experience across consumer and corporate communications A track record of delivering creative, earned-first campaigns Deep understanding of the UK media landscape with international exposure Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners If you love turning ideas into headlines and thrive in high-energy environments-this is your role. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
