Paid Media Consultant

Salt are partnering with a growing independent agency and are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join on a contract basis. Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite) Day Rate: £200-225 per day Duration: July (3 days per week) About the Role: This contract role sits within a performance-focused agency environment, supporting the growth of two priority client accounts within the home improvement and premium consumer goods space. You'll take ownership of paid media activity across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on scaling performance, improving efficiency and driving measurable results. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ideal for an experienced Paid Media Manager who is comfortable managing campaigns end to end. Working pattern includes two onsite days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with one additional day working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and Pinterest Scale performance for two key client accounts with clear growth objectives Monitor performance, analyse results and implement ongoing optimisation Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align activity with broader marketing goals Maintain strong account ownership and day-to-day campaign management Requirements: Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google and social platforms Confident working across multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency setting Strong analytical and optimisation skills Industry experience is beneficial but not essential Comfortable working in a hybrid contract role with partial onsite presence Apply now to find out more. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
