A rare opportunity to lead creative output for one of the most exciting art platforms in the world Job Title: Creative and Content Lead Salary: circa £85,000 Location: London Work Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days in office About the Company Our client is a global platform working with some of the world's most influential contemporary artists to create and release limited edition artworks. With a highly engaged international audience, they are redefining how art is discovered, experienced and collected in the digital age. The Role This is a unique hybrid role combining creative leadership with operational ownership. You will lead a small but high-performing team responsible for delivering all content across multiple weekly releases, while also shaping standout creative ideas that define the brand. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of creatives across design and copy Own and elevate the quality of all content across digital channels Direct high-impact campaigns and creative concepts for artist launches Ensure smooth delivery of a high-volume content pipeline Collaborate with marketing and content ops to deliver campaigns at pace Maintain a consistently high creative standard across all outputs About You A strong art director with a sharp visual eye and attention to detail Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Able to balance big ideas with hands-on delivery and execution Organised, responsive and confident working in a fast-moving environment Experienced in content-led businesses, ideally in-house or within a high-growth brand Nice to Haves Background in fashion, luxury, culture or startup environments Experience producing content for social-first or digital-first brands Hands-on experience using Figma or CMS tools Exposure to paid social or performance content Benefits Generous equity allowance Private healthcare Enhanced pension and parental leave 29 days holiday including Christmas closure Learning and development budget Regular company socials Art loan scheme and cycle to work scheme Why would you want to join/do the job?
