CRM Builder & Voyado Specialist

Role: Senior CRM / Loyalty Builder (Voyado) Location: Remote (UK or EMEA) Duration: 3-5 weeks (w/c 7 July - early August, with possible extension) Rate: Up to £375/day IR35: TBC Working Pattern: Part-time (20-30 hours per week) We're looking for a Senior Voyado CRM Builder to jump in quickly and make an impact within a fast-moving fashion retail environment. This is a hands-on, build-focused role where you'll take ownership of CRM execution across email, SMS, and loyalty journeys, working with evolving briefs and shifting priorities. If you thrive in ambiguity and can turn rough direction into polished customer journeys-this one's for you What you'll be doing: Building and optimising Voyado CRM campaigns and flows end-to-end Delivering omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, and loyalty Collaborating with stakeholders to shape and refine evolving briefs Working autonomously with minimal oversight, bringing structure to complexity Must-have: Strong Voyado experience-confident building independently Proven track record in omnichannel CRM execution Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift Nice to have: Experience across both consulting and retail/merchant environments A blend of strategy + execution (not just build) Technical familiarity with CRM integrations or data structures Exposure to platforms such as Bloomreach or Klaviyo This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, delivering quickly, and shaping CRM experiences in real time. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
