Ecommerce Coordinator

Online Coordinator Location: London (Hybrid) Duration: September - End of January (potential earlier start) Rate: Up to £180 per day IR35: Inside IR35 Busy peak season incoming, and we need a hands-on Online Coordinator to help keep everything moving. You'll sit within a dynamic digital team supporting a fast-paced beauty eCommerce operation as it gears up for a major platform transformation and peak trading period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety-supporting day-to-day trading while playing a key part in a Shopify transition and ensuring everything lands smoothly ahead of Black Friday and beyond. What you'll be doing: Supporting the Online Manager across BAU eCommerce activity Assisting with a Shopify transformation project ahead of a January re-platform Coordinating product uploads, content updates, and promotional activity Working closely with a newly onboarded search & media agency Supporting peak trading activity, including Black Friday campaigns Helping to identify and resolve site or trading issues quickly What we're looking for: Proven eCommerce experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment Strong working knowledge of Shopify (essential) Confident working across multiple stakeholders and external agencies Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to prioritise effectively A proactive mindset and willingness to step in and support where needed A great opportunity to build on your Shopify experience while being part of a high-impact trading period. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
