Lunchtime Supervisor

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising pupils during lunch breaks. You will encourage positive behaviour, promote inclusion and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all children.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime activities.
• Support children in the dining area
• Encourage positive behaviour and good manners.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
• Report any concerns or incidents to the relevant staff members.
• Follow the school’s safeguarding, health and safety policies.

• Enjoys working with children and young people.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is patient, caring and approachable.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Is reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
