Are you a sports coach looking for flexible work during the school day?

We are looking for enthusiastic sports coaches and individuals with coaching experience to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools in Winsford. This is a flexible supply role, ideal for coaches who want work that fits around training sessions, matches, or other commitments.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise pre-set lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay on task and maintain a positive learning environment. Your coaching skills—such as leadership, communication, discipline and motivating young people—translate perfectly into the classroom.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage and support students, helping them succeed academically and socially.
• Establish positive relationships with both students and staff.
• Provide consistent support at the same school, eliminating the uncertainty of different assignments.
• Potential for a full-time contract with the school in the future.
